If pets are brought, they must be communicated at the time of booking, and additional charges may apply.
3. **Guest Responsibilities** 3.1 **Care of the Property**: The Guest is required to take care of the Property, including furniture, furnishings, and equipment. Any damage must be reported immediately.\ 3.2 **Cleanliness**: The Property must be left in an orderly condition.
3.3 **Damage and Theft**: The Guest is responsible for any damage, theft, or loss occurring during their stay.\ 3.4 **Safety**: The Guest must comply with safety regulations and local laws.\ 3.5 **Child Safety**: The Property has child safety measures, but special attention is needed for the pool and garden. Children must never be left unattended, especially in outdoor areas and near the pool.
**Owner Responsibilities** 4.1 **Maintenance**: The Owner ensures that the Property will be maintained in good and functional condition.\ 4.2 **Emergency Access**: In case of emergencies or urgent repairs, the Owner may access the Property with prior notice.
**Liability Disclaimer** 5.1 **Damages or Accidents**: The Owner is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or personal losses occurring during the stay, except in cases of proven negligence by the Owner.\ 5.2 **Insurance**: Guests are advised to take out travel insurance covering cancellations, accidents, and damages.
**Force Majeure** The Owner is not responsible for cancellations or changes to the stay caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or government decisions.
